Message You don't need to retune in the sense that you'd be adjusting different points of the fuel map, or touch timing. As long as you're not running the ragged edge with timing, and you have something that can adjust the entire fuel map at once, it's about as trivial an adjustment as you can get.

For instance, we will tune a car on pump gas first. Then we drain the tank and add E85. We do some quick math to adjust the entire fuel map, do a pull to make sure the AFR is safe enough to start actual tuning, then laugh that we picked up at least 40rwhp with JUST a fuel change and that rough adjust to overa fuel.
